Untitled Wakanda series (2024)
In February 2021, it was announced that Ryan Coogler, writer and director of Black Panther (2018) and Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), is developing a drama series set in Wakanda through his company Proximity Media. In May this year, Danai Gurira signed a deal to reprise his role as Okoye, the director of Dora Milaje, in the series, which is said to be the first spin-off for the character.
Spider-Man: Freshman Year (2024)
The origin story of Peter Parker and his early days as Spider-Man is explored in an alternate reality where Norman Osborn becomes Parker’s mentor in place of Tony Stark.
In November 2021, the animated series Spider-Man: Freshman Year was announced, with Jeff Trammell as executive writer and executive producer. The series features a “celebrating” style and pays homage to the early Spider-Man comics. The first season of Spider-Man: Freshman Year is slated for release in 2024, while a second season, titled Spider-Man: Sophomore Year, is in development.
Charlie Cox voices Matt Murdock/Daredevil, reprising roles from previous MCU media. The series stars Norman Osborn and Otto Octavius/Doctor Octopus, following the appearance of other versions of the character in Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021), along with Mac Gargan/Scorpion from Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017). DR. Stephen Strange from the previous MCU media and Nico Minoru who appeared in the Marvel Runaways TV series.

Marvel Zombies (2024)
A new generation of heroes against zombies.
In November 2021, an animated Marvel Zombies series based on the comic book series Marvel Zombies was announced, directed by Brian Andrews and written by Zeb Wells. It is a sequel to reality which was first introduced in What If…? Episode “What If… Zombies?!” and includes the characters introduced in Phase Four of the MCU. Marvel Zombies is scheduled for release in 2024 and will consist of four episodes.
Wonder Man (2024)
In December 2021, Destin Daniel Cretton signed a multi-year contract with Marvel Studios to develop television projects for Disney+, with a comedy series already in development at the Cretton family-owned company. In June 2022, it was revealed that the series was in early development and was titled Wonder Man, centered on the Simon Williams/Wonder Man character, with Andrew Guest participating in series development along with the lead writer. Cretton will also direct episodes of the series. Filming is scheduled to begin as early as 2023.
Ben Kingsley reprises his role in the MCU as Trevor Slattery.
Untitled Nova Series (2024)
In March 2022, it was announced that a Richard Ryder/Nova character project with Sabir Pirzada as screenwriter was in development. Production Weekly had previously included the untitled space series in their upcoming project in a development report, later confirming that the untitled series was Project Nova.
